✅ Image to embroidery file creation
✅ Custom design file preparation for embroidery machines

We deliver digital files only (such as .DST, .PES, .EXP, etc.). No physical products are shipped unless otherwise stated.

💵 2. Payments

✅ We accept payments through secure platforms like PayPal and Stripe.
✅ Orders must be paid in full before file delivery.
✅ Prices are flat-rate and may vary depending on complexity.

🔁 3. Revisions & Edits

✅ We offer free minor edits within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
✅ Major changes or new artwork may require an extra charge.

🚫 4. Cancellations & Refunds

✅ If work has not started, cancellation is allowed.
✅ Once the design is digitized and delivered, refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the service.
✅ If you’re not happy with the result, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

✅ You must own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it.
✅ We do not take responsibility for copyright issues related to submitted designs.
✅ We do not reuse or share your designs without your permission.

📦 6. File Delivery

✅ Final files will be delivered to your email or account within the agreed time.
✅ In most cases, we provide 24–48 hour turnaround.
✅ Rush orders may be available at an extra cost.
